MD: US 13 Minor Point Errors

1.  Both points on US 13 for MD 675 in Princess Anne need to be synced with it.
2.  The point on MD 822 at US 13 needs to be added to US 13's file.
3.  I would consider a point on US 13 BUS (Salisbury) at Main St due to the connection and close proximity with the north end of MD 12.  Maybe MD 12 at College Dr, and maybe MD 350, US 50 BUS (Salisbury), and MD 346 at Beaglin Park Dr as well (part of this is also due to Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art).

I fixed the US 13 issues with MD 675 and MD 822 in my local Git fork.

For the Salisbury stuff, do you (or anyone else) have a specific need for these points, or is this all speculative?

Speculative,  though I would definitely add the US 13 BUS (Salisbury) point at Main St.  There is also Salisbury University on US 13 BUS that I would think traffic would use Beaglin Park Dr to access.

US 13 Bus is less than 8 miles long, and has 4 intermediate points. That should be plenty.

Final rulings, closing this out:

- Main Street does connect directly to the north end of MD 12, and this would otherwise make it worthy of inclusion - however it also forms part of the "interchange" between US13Bus and US50Bus, and as such "one point per interchange" says no.
- Random art museum is not significant enough to warrant points being added for the road that leads to it unless a user specifically needs them.
- That said, I did go ahead and throw an extra point on MD 350 at Airport Road, since it was a bit far between existing points for a developed area (over 8 miles). This junction both has some nominal significance (leads to an airport with commercial flights) and is near the middle of that gap.
