The
O7 main route does currently have two exits with '18' label. Duplicate labels cannot be used, see
data errors. I think that the western exit 18 is wrong and should be renamed. GSV is not avaiable at this exit, OSM and GM don't indicate any numbering.
wikipedia indicates K1 (and totally different numbers for all other exits too) but the linked
reference from the gov site indicates K37).
btw: The self-ref error can be marked FP.
