The Bus 51 city limits termination is near the Minnesota Avenue intersection so I will use that. I'm not sure why the business route can't remain signed even if there is a transfer of jurisdiction.
^ NC 68 could, however, use a new waypoint at the intersection with West Wendover Ave. (part of relocated US 70, IIRC). That new point could replace a shaping point just to the north on NC 68.

Bob Malme posted an update on the AARoads Forum in regard to the NCDOT documentation for the US 70 Relocation onto NC 68 and Wendover Ave (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=100.msg2648165#msg2648165).
Updating signage along the rest of the Loop, I-85, I-40 and I-73, that, based on the contract's sign plans, includes removing the Business 85 signs from I-40, US 29 and approaching roadways (along with references to US 70 due to its relocation through the city) has not begun yet. According to contract documents, work must be completed by the end of June.
