The exit numbers have been removed between November 2011 and January 2012 according to GSV. The A4 bypass was opened in late November 2011. A4, E17, E46 and E50 have also been removed. No road number is signed.
The new numbering was dedicated in July 2013 according to
wikisara. It seems that the new signs are just 'not yet updated' - Edit: except of a
westbound sign in place since 2016. It's planned to downgrade the freeway to an urban boulevard partially.
I'll only change the exit numbers.
