This change hasn't shown up on OSM or Google Maps yet; I discovered it by driving on IL-9 to clinch it. See this map:
https://www.google.com/maps/@40.5445618,-89.6504637,13.75zIL-9 was rerouted onto a bypass to the south of Pekin, probably so the route is more friendly to semi-trucks. From EAST TO WEST*:
IL-9 enters the Pekin area on Court Street. Then it turns southwesterly on VFW Drive, following it to IL-29. IL-9 then duplexes with IL-29 north to rejoin its old alignment west across the Illinois River. I wonder if this will invalidate some people's clinches of IL-9.
