Rough draft of Karnataka's State Highways are submitted.
Next up: Sikkim's National Highways, and Telangana's NE/NH/SH highways, as I will be visiting Hyderabad in March.

Telangana is drafted. Compared to Karnataka's roughly 140 state highways, TG only has 13, plus Hyderabad's Inner and Outer Ring Roads. I also included the Narketpally-Addanki-Medarmetla Road, going south into Andhra Pradesh, in the NH set, as OSM took pains to shield it as NAM and mark the full name along the entire route, though if it doesn't make it into the activated set it's not a huge issue.

While none of TG's state highways leave the state, KA does have a few entering and ending within TG and Maharashtra (and vice versa with MH). As documentation is difficult to come by, I'll try to remember to do a search for government documentation while I'm in India, though I doubt it'll help with extra-jurisdictional routes.

A glance at Sikkim is promising -- the portion I was dreading most was NH 717B as it repeatedly crossed into West Bengal and back during a long series of switchbacks, but the state borders in OSM got redrawn, eliminating the issue, but just to complicate the matter, Google shows 717B on a completely different road further in the state, bypassing said switchbacks.
