Oh 3 hasn't followed Cleveland Ave, south of Spring/Long Streets, to Broad St since the start of the interstate era.
That point isn't needed, unless we're asking for data points at EVERY intersection.

Thanks. Corrected in my local copy, along with another broken concurrency along OH60/146 in Zanesville. I'll push this fix with the next set of usala revisions later this weekend.
