US 40/US 250: move WabSt east to the light at HurSt
I-70: 0A -> 0
US 40/US 250: I-70(0A) -> I-70(0)
US 40: I-70(2A) -> MtChaRd
US 40/88: move +X001(US40) west to HeiAve
US 40: MWCreRd[sic] -> CR39
US 40: DalPike -> CR41
US 40: McGRunRd -> CR35

1. Is 'in-use', which makes me not wanting to move it.  But I do agree it is a higher priority road @ HurSt.  So, I've moved the point and hidden 'WabSt' under it.
2. Could be debatable since you do have the EB I-70 off-ramp in that area.  However, changed.
3. Done.
4-6: Changed.
