VT 7A and VT 30

Should have a short concurrency but none is mapped. 7A has two points, but 30 only has one, coinciding with the southern of 7A's two.

Eric (yakra) can confirm or refute, since he did the initial list creation, but I believe the reason for a single point was because of the close proximity of the two roundabouts.

That said, I'm open to splitting them, though it may muck up some lists since there's no easy way to tell who went what direction if a user hasn't been on all four legs.'

Oops. No reason to do that; I pooched it and left out a required point.
Definitely split'em, since the 7A/30 multiplex is broken.
It won't muck up anyone's stats - just that 4 users will now get a little mileage (correctly) added to VT30 that they didn't have the ability to log before.
I doubt that anyone would even want to manually unmark the short overlap on VT30: checking HDX: VT-region-traveled.tmg, there are 9 travelers on VT VT30 VT7A MtAeoRd all of whom already also have VT VT7A VT11/30 VT30_N marked.
