On to Campbell County!
WY 50:
I would recommend moving the point currently at "SunDanCou" to Southern Drive, as Sun Dancer Court is a random subdivision while Southern Drive is a connector over to WY 59. "SauRd" is slightly off the road to the northwest. The shaping point X02 is off the road to the east. "HayRd" is off the road to the southwest. "BlaYelRd" is off the road to the east. "SavRd" is slightly north of the actual junction. "VanBugRd" is slightly south of the actual junction. "WY387" is slightly off to the southwest.
WY 51:
"GarLakeRd" is to the slightly to the west. "AmeRd" is slightly to the south. "BerRd" is actually CR12/68, and should be further north. "I-90BL" is way off to the east.

With the most recent site update, there was one thing I noticed:
WY 37: CR L8-1/2 is actually further north up WY 37, the road it is currently at is a driveway; I apologize for not being specific enough.

WY 37:
"CL9-1/2" should be CR-L9-1/2 and is slightly to the east. "CL8-1/2" should be CR-L8-1/2 and is at the wrong intersection; the actual intersection is slightly to the north. "BigCanNRA" is off the road to the northeast; the end of the road is where the pavement changes on the satellite.

Following the Iowa etc. CR nomenclature precedent (no '-' after "CR") these would be CRL9-1/2 & CRL8-1/2.

No worries. Fixed.

WY 59: This is a big one.
"4thSt" is a little bit to the south. "FlatTopRd" is CR 48 and is a little bit to the east. "WalCreRd" is CR 43. "HigLoopRd" is CR 32. "EsauRd" is CR 60 and should be a bit to the east. "DullCenRd" is CR 38. "FR961" is Steinle Alternate (yes sir that is the road name), a connector to CR 40 (Steinle Road, comes in just north of Bill). I'm assuming the point "CalGul" is just a point to break up nothingness, but there is a rest area about a half-mile north (name is Cheyenne River Rest Area) which would probably be a better location for that. "JenTraRd" is CR 34. The actual name of "AntCoaRd" is Antelope Coal Mine Road (I'm not sure what policy is for a name with more than two words). I don't think "RenoDouRd" is a public-access road. Shaping point X07 is a bit to the east. "EdwRd" is a bit to the east. "BreRd" is a bit to the north. "RafStarRd" is WAY to the north. "HaiRd" is a bit to the northwest. "HoeCreRd" is a bit to the west. "UniChaRd" is a bit up the highway. I think there should be a point addition at Southern Drive to match the one on WY 50 (either that or move the "ShoAve" point there - Southern Drive is a much more important road). "4-JRd" is half a block to the west. "PowRivRd" is actually Little Powder River Road. I have no idea what "Wil" actually is (it's definitely not in the GIS). Shaping point X10 is a bit to the east. "OilFieRd_S" has a sign saying "CAUTION: Trucks Entering" but no actual road name or GIS data. "CowCreRd" is a bit to the south. Shaping point X12 is a bit to the east. Nothing at "OilFieRd_N". "HeaRd" is actually Rocky Point Road. "OilWellRd" also appears to be nothing. "TraCreRd" is a bit to the east.

That one was a pain.

WY 70:
"SRSpurRd" is CR 710. "BigGulRd" is CR 706 and is off the road to the northwest. X03 is slightly off the road. "StoDr" is FR 850 and FR 852, and also off the road to the south. X04 is slightly off to the south. X05 is on an old alignment; the road has been rerouted to the north. "SageCrkRd" is FR 801. Best I can tell, "Cop" is FR 862. "LostCrkCam" is slightly off, but if that point is moved down the road about 50 feet to the east, it would be at FR 811. "FR429" is off the road to the west. "FR413 is off the intersection to the southwest. "EncDitRd" is not a road at all. "RanAve" is a bit off to the southwest.
CO WY70:
Good, a point might be added at Moffat County CR 1 so that the route isn't a straight line along the border.
WY 70 Baggs:
"WY789" is slightly to the northwest. "SheLaneRd" is CR 722 and is slightly to the south. "CR561" is slightly to the south.

WY 71:
"WY78" is slightly to the west. "DavSt" is slightly off to the southwest. "FerCro" is CR 340 and is slightly to the west. "SageCreRd_S" should be CR401_S and is slightly to the northwest.
WY 72:
"RosLn" is slightly to the west. "NoNameSt" actually has no name... so not sure what to call that one. "2St_W" should be 2ndSt_W, and is slightly to the west. X01 is off to the east. "CR115" is at the old intersection; the new one is about 300 feet north. "PassCrkRd" is CR 404. Finally, from what I could tell, WY 72 ends at the intersection of Bridge St and Main St in Elk Mountain (not on the outskirts).

WY 73:
Good, except "End" should be shifted slightly to the east.
WY 76:
Good
WY 77:
"WY487_S" is way off to the southwest. "BLM3111" appears to be a tire track in the middle of desolation. X02 is slightly north. "CR102" is slightly to the southwest. "SheRidRd" is CR 2 and is slightly to the west. "WY487_N" is way off to the southwest.
WY 78:
It looks like WYDOT has the route at 0.54 miles, and the endpoint appears to be at the end of the concrete pavement south of the travel center (HigBlvd_S?). Otherwise good.

I was at RosLn yesterday. The locations of the points north of US30/287 seem ok to me, but I'd argue that they should be shaping points rather than waypoints. 2ndSt_W could stay if one needed to stay, but the distances are trivial. And all of the travel here is local. Hanna is nearly a ghost town.

WY 89 (both parts) - not another freakin' Greenwood GIS (I guess I should be happy they HAVE GIS)
WY89Eva:
While "RedMouRd" is all well and good, I would argue the point go at County Road (that's the name) since County Road goes back into Evanston and Red Mountain Road is a dead-end into a development. "CR107" is slightly to the southeast. In the same vein as "RedMouRd", while "FernRd" is technically fine (actual road name is Fearn Rd though), the point should be moved to the other intersection of CR 107 which is 100 feet or so to the south. "AppDr" is WAY to the south. "WY/UT" is off the road to the north.
WY89:
"UT/WY" is off the road to the north - should be at or near the pavement shift. "BirCreLn" is off to the west. "US30_W" is ever so slightly to the west.

WY 90:
"US20/26" is a bit to the north.
WY 91:
"WY96" is slightly to the north. "ChaButRd" is slightly to the west and is CR 9. "BedRd" is slightly to the west and is CR 8."X02" and "X03" are slightly to the north. "MossAgaRd" is slightly to the south and is CR 15. "X01" is slightly to the west.

WY 92: Goshen County does not pentagon county roads.
"US26/85" is slightly to the west. "WY154" is slightly to the northwest. "US85_S" is slightly to the west. "Rd130" is actually Road 51. "CR145" is actually Road 56 and is slightly to the north. "CR148" is not on the highway at all (the road curves away from the four-way intersection), so either Road 56 (again! - the northwest corner) or Road 53 (southeast corner) would work here. "WY161" is actually the southeast corner of the triangle intersection. "CR154" is actually Road 52 and is slightly to the south. "CR156" is actually Road 50.

WY 93:
"X01" is off the road to the northeast. "X02" is slightly off the road to the east. "X03" is slightly off the road to the west. "InezRd" is slightly to the north and is CR 29. "OrpRd" is CR 28. "TankFarmRd" is CR 29. "WY95" is off to the northwest. "CR32/33" is off to the southeast.
WY 94:
"AndDaiRd" is CR 2. Since "RocTra" is a development road, I would move the point to CR 3 (Wagonhound Road) which is a bit to the south. Since "EstRou" is not actually a road, I would move the point to CR 4 (Poison Lake Road... sounds nice!) which is a bit to the south. Technically, "CR5" should be CR5/7 (Braae Road is CR 7), but since that's an end point I'll leave that up to you.
WY 95: This route technically has an unsigned gap between "US20/26_E" and "US20/26_W" (there's even an END 95 sign coming in from the north, and a TO 95 at the north end of the south segment), but that's the segment the most people have clinched. I'm not sure what to do here, so I'll leave it up to you whether to split the route or not (one could be WY 95 (Glenrock) and the other could be WY 95 (Rolling Hills)?).
Anyway, "YouBlvd" is slightly to the northeast. "US20/26_E" is slightly to the north. "MonMouRd" is slightly off to the northwest and is CR 25. "55RanRd" is off to the southeast and is CR 23. "DunRd" is off to the north. "X02" is off to the east. "LeuLn" is CR 26. "X03" is way off to the east; looks like it was on an old alignment. "WY93" is off, but I said that earlier.
WY 96:
Good.

Sorry about this, but I meant to type CR 27 there... it's been a long week.
