franorm76 - Métropole Rouen Normandie Routes Métropolitaines are not yet signed according to 2020 GSV and nothing is indicated on OSM.

Only D numbers on OSM+GM. Only yellow D signs on November 2023 GSV. However, wikisara has a route list. They indicate a similar "remain number" rule like we have for Lyon, e.g.:

Since January 1, 2016, the part of this road located in the Rouen Normandy Metropolis has been reclassified as a metropolitan road while retaining its former name, M67.

Why retain M? Retain D would make sense  Should I go for it anyway? Thoughts?

Edit: Same situation for Bordeaux (unsigned), Rennes, Tours and Orléans.
