I-90 Alt: La Crescent, MN and La Crosse, WI

This might be related to the construction projects on I-90 across the Mississippi (and therefore unneeded for travel mapping), but there is a signed I-90 Alternate (not Detour) through the area, and it follows a convoluted routing:
From I-90 exit 276 south on US 14/61, then east across the river on US 14/61/WI 16, then north on US 53 and WI 35 to County OT. East on County OT, then south on US 53 to I-90.

Regardless of whether I-90 Alt makes it in or not, WI 35 will need a point at County OT (US 53 has it as CROT_LaC), as County OT is a connector between WI 35 and the interchange with US 53.

Wisconsin posts a lot of alternate Interstates, but none of them have been included so far. Ohio has a fair number as well, and I know I've seen (and mostly ignored) them in other states.

I feel like we discussed this on the old forum, but I couldn't come up with the search to reveal the thread.  I seem to remember the discussion about an Alt I-70 or Alt I-75 signed in the Dayton, Ohio, area.

There are I-70 Alts between Dayton and Columbus and east of Columbus. Not sure about I-75.

I think that WI and NE sign alternate interstates pretty well, almost as if they're actual routes.

Much of the Alt I-70 in eastern Ohio follows US40. I've seen the signs frequently, but never given them much thought. It appears most follow existing US or state routes, so they would not add any new clinchable mileage.

Signage aside, I don't believe these are considered official routes. Unlike the Alt US highways. Can anyone confirm that?

I-90 Alt in La Crosse would, about 1/4-1/3 mile though.

I guess it comes down to whether these routes are official or not.
If not, does this site want to include unofficial routes?

While it's possible WisDOT considers then official, I doubt MNDOT considers them to be, despite how well they're signed.

In that case, I would argue they don't belong in the HB.

Other than the ones mentioned so far in this thread, are Alternate Interstate routes common across the country?

I'd think of them as the equivalents of things like New York's lettered alternate routes or Pennsylvania's color-coded detour routes, so not something we should include in TM.
