PA: PA 441 in Middletown

The plans on ECMS showed that that PA 441 was going to be relocated off of Union St onto the PA 441 TRUCK Route as a part of the bridge replacement in this project.  I plan to check on this tomorrow.

I ended up not breaking list files, but I included those that are affected by this (beyond a broken line for PA441TrkMid) below.

Users who are affected by the relocation of PA 441: dough4872, noelbotevera (using PA230/441Trk), hoopitypoop (using PA230/441Trk label), duke87 (using both PA441Trk_S and PA230/441Trk), pnrrth (using PA230/441Trk), lowenbrau (using PA441TrkMid), capn, justjake (using PA230/441Trk)

That was a side trip out and back on Union from PA 230 to photograph the Middletown Amtrak station so... yeah I just don't have a piece of PA 441 there anymore.

Roadgeek_Adam was with me that day so he would have had it too but it looks like this was missing from his .list file so he doesn't need to change anything.

I am moving forward with removing the PA230/441Trk and PA441TrkMid labels at this point.  It is the endpoint for many travelers that have traveled both north and south of PA 230 on PA 441.

List files broken by this are (some here were also listed above in my previous post): xorodejon, noelbotevera,  jmd41280, hoopitypoop, dave1693, pnrrth, lowenbrau, johninkingwood,  justjake

Is this intended as a permanent relocation of PA 441? (I'd thought that PA 441 Truck was there to keep trucks off South Union St's bridge over Brown St / Middletown & Hummerstown RR, until THAT bridge got upgraded.) I'm not seeing any mention of it in the referenced article.

Yes, quoted from the CE Expert System on this project.

The project will include a bridge preservation for the Ann Street Bridge over AMTRAK and roadway improvement to Ann Street, which spans the municipal boundary between Middletown Borough and Lower Swatara Township in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Ann Street, between S.R. 0230 and S.R. 0441, is currently owned by Middletown Borough, but ownership will be transferred to PennDOT and Ann Street will be signed as SR 441.

I believe that Union St is being transferred to the borough of Middletown, but I could not find 100% certainty on that.
