With BEL N371Her as a spur off a same-numbered parent, shouldn't the endpoint be labeled N371 rather than N31?

I drafted a lot of routes in many systems like this. When I began drafting systems I was not aware which parts of the manual are still "valid" or just leftovers from CHM days no one cares anymore*. It was never mentioned being wrong with the peer-reviews.

*That's why I worked on the manual earlier this year. My goal was to revise it till more or less everything in the TM manual is clearly described as we deal with it but... gave up.

Have you found the issue manually or automated? Well, I mean.... I'd change them if I would have a "full list of incorrect spur labels" for all my regions

Automated some stuff that got me most of the way there, then found this when looking at the results. Shouldn't be too hard to automate the rest.

A lot of these may be perfectly legitimate labels that don't need to be changed.
For example the Norway Turistveger, those may be the same deal as cantch, which doesn't use TCHFoo style labels at TCH intersections, just normal numbered-route labels like MB16.
HRV E751Pul 7(A9) looks fine, as an exit-numbered route. (Ones that don't have "a unique exit numbering system based on its own designation" but are still 100% exit-numbered give me indigestion, but it's fine...)

"NOR/norfv/nor.fv549vag.wpt   Fv49" was a typo -> Fv549
"nor.fv862nor.wpt   LanVeg" was a wp which shouldn't be there -> removed
