NC: US-15/501/NC211 realignment in Aberdeen

Just happened to notice that US-15, US-501, & NC-211 have all been realigned at their Southern intersection with US-1 in Aberdeen (US1Abe_S in US-15's file).

Pretty sure this would be a news worthy update for the site.

On a side note, just north of there, US-1 is missing an interchange with Old US Highway 1.  It's between the "US15/501Sou" & "MorRd" labels on US-1.
