Two improvements related to the red bar that appears across the top of TM pages when a site update is in progress.
- In Mapview, the message now appears in the control bar above the map, not hidden behind the map.
- On all pages (including in its new location on Mapview), there is now a Dismiss button to clear the message.
It's on the production server, but you shouldn't notice any difference if there is no site update in progress. So I also put it on the staging server
