US 30 Business creation in Mount Vernon-Lisbon, IA (bypass had been approved in 2019)
US 67 realignment near Delhi, IL (to open fall 2021)
I-295 extension from US 401 to SR 1007 around Fayetteville, NC (had already been approved as future)  in browser

Fall 2020:
US 70/258 Business deleted in Kinston, NC
US 13 realigned along PA 291 and US 13 Business created in Chester, PA
US 63 Business deleted in Pine Bluff, AR
US 71 Business deleted in Fayetteville, AR
US 270 realigned at Wister, OK
I-695 (DC) deletion
I-395 (DC) re-route/extension along current I-695
I-195 (DC) added along current I-395 from I-695 to US 50

EDITS (1-16-2021):  Added DC changes, fixed I-295 (NC), and indicated that I-295 (NC) and I-680 (IA) are already in the HB.

I am planning to drive in Chester, PA, on May 15th to see if the US 13 changes have been signed.  I doubt that has been the case, but you never know.

EDIT (5-14-2021):  As a precursor to my trip tomorrow, I have not received any information internally at PennDOT on this either.  I had sent an email internally on whether PA 291 or other routes would be affected with no response.

US 63 Business deleted in Pine Bluff, AR

North of HarAve_W, removed from the state highway system.
South, to be redesignated as AR463.

Half of this is true; the removed part is no longer signed, but the bit that's to become AR463 is still signed as US63Bus.
So instead of changing the whole thing over at once, it looks like this gets to be a 2-part process.
For now, truncate the route.
Later, once we have confirmation that the switch to AR463 has taken place, AltRouteName it.

This is still the case as of August 13, 2021.  I was able to check on this via roadwaywiz's Live Drive yesterday that covered PA 291 in Chester.  (see 2:52:18 on this video)

but I have no idea where it is specifically located. OSM does not have anything drawn in, and Google Maps' satellite view is too old. From the top image in the linked story it is obvious there is a change in 67's alignment, but I can't put it in until I know more.

This is going to kill my clinch of US 67 north of Little Rock.

It looks like you can also see it in OSM now too.

EDIT (12-17-2021):  US 67 has at least been done in the world of updates entries... (This issue was rectified on 12/18/2021 so US 67 has now been done.)

This was not signed as of the end of 2021. I'll see about e-mailing a DOT employee in the district. Ditto for checking on a change to Business 151 in Cascade.

A Spring 2020 link appears to be missing from the "recent meetings" page on AASHTO. It's on Wikipedia, though.

Update: MVL Business 30 not signed in any capacity, excluding calling the entire old route "Business 30" on street signs. Now that I've converted IA US 30 to use exit numbers, its impact is lessened.
