NC: NC 42 NC111 Point

Since NC 42 has just one other intersection with NC 111 already labeled NC111_N, NC111 should be NC111_S.

I actually would suggest something different.

Leave the 'NC111' point as is, and rename the other one.
NC111_N -> NC111_Oak

Reason? No multiplex, & not a 'bannered' child route.

I am fine with this.  I have been debating going more towards town names instead of letters to some extent as a result of seeing NC have a mess of situations where routes cross each other twice, are concurrent with each other multiple times, etc.
