DE: DE 54 Alt Bethany Beach

Does DE 54 Alt in Bethany still exist? If so, I believe I have the full route in my log file.

I deleted it as part of the linked thread below.  DelDOT emailed me last year stating that it no longer exists with no plans to repost it.

For the record, this route was as weird and convoluted as DE 15.  I had no idea why anyone would use it to get to Bethany Beach with DE 17 already existing.
