What does RR11 refer to? OSM indicates DR11, GSV shows a Muskoka 11 sign
RR = Regional Route
This is Ontario's counter to 'County Routes' in the US. Stuff like 'Muskoka 11' means it's a regional route, and thus, gets the RR11 label. This is very prevalent on the mainline Ontario routes.
