Requesting a waypoint on PA 304 just west of the eastern terminus (US 15), at Park Road in Winfield.
Coming east on 304, you make a left turn at a T intersection there. I was coming north on Park and simply had to continue straight.
(Disclaimer: yes, this would give me a small piece of PA 304.)
