KY: US 23 Exit Numbers and Point Concerns

I honestly did this thinking that there would be more than three exit numbers.  I expect this to possibly be put on the backburner for now.

1.   The shaping point north of KY805_S could potentially be replaced with a visible point at Joes Branch Rd (JoesBraRd). (also affects US 119)
2.   KY3174 should be 15.  (also affects US 119)
3.   I think that FoxLn should be made hidden.  It seems to at best serve a gated community.  (also affects US 119, US 460, and KY 80)
4.   The shaping point northwest of FoxLn should be replaced with a visible point at Enterprise Rd (EntRd).  (also affects US 119, US 460, and KY 80)
5.   KY1426_E should be 23.  (also affects US 119, US 460, KY 80, and KY 1426)
6.   KY1384_S should be 24.  (also affects US 119, US 460, KY 80, and KY 1384)  KY1384_N could now be KY1384 if able to be done.
7.   KY1428_A should be KY1428_S.  KY1428_S should be KY1428_N.  I then think that KY1428_N should be KY1428Pai.  (also affects US 460, but does not affect KY 80) 
8.   I think that KY1100_N should just be plain KY1100.
9.   A hidden shaping point should be added southwest of CasForkRd as the route partly goes out of lateral here.
10.   I recommend replacing the shaping point east of KY3224 with visible points at both Old US 23 intersections.
11.   The route goes out of lateral south of ShaBraRd.  I would make ShaBraRd hidden, but add a visible point at Meades Branch Rd (MeaBraRd).
12.   A point should be added at Zelda Loop Rd (ZelLoopRd) as the route goes out of lateral here.
13.   LinRd should be LinDr.
14.   Should KY1174 be 34thSt? (also affects US 60)
15.   Is US23SprAsh posted in any form?
16.   KY1043_S and KY1043_N should be switched.
17.   KY1082 should instead be K Z Ratliff Lane.
18.  Unused alternate labels that may be removed: KY32CON

Note for KY 3294:  I think US23_S should be just US23, and I think US60_E should be just US60.

Since you are going through these,  I wanted to note that I felt that I wasted my time with the exit number stuff here considering that US 23 generally does not have them in KY.

Sorry you feel like it was a waste of your time, but I did not ask you to do this in the first place. If I need someone's help with a review of any of the systems in any of my states I will request that in the forum.

I know, but I felt that I needed some sort of apology on this one.  Having stated that, I am hoping to get the Puerto Rico peer review finished within the next couple weeks.  I would probably be very close to having it done now if I did not have to go back to the office part-time.
