frapacd06 - Alpes-Maritimes Routes Départementales and frapacm06 - Métropole‎ Nice Côte d'Azur Routes Métropolitaines will be activated with the next site update. More than 300 routes for some 1,200 miles.

frapacm83 - Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée Routes Métropolitaines

M routes are not yet signed in Toulon according to Nov 2020 GSV. OSM does also not indicate any M route. I'll draft frapacd83 system now and split off frapacm83 once signs will appear.

wikisara has a route list but does still indicate D numbers. The route articles itself have the explanation:

Since January 1, 2018, it has been entirely located within the territory of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis, but remains operated by agreement by the Var departement (83).

That mean, no need to split anything off. frapacd83 is ready for peer-review
