NC: NC 121 Point Concerns

1.  It is really annoying, but the labels should be changed on US 264 ALT (Wilson) and US 258 BUS (Farmville) as NC 121 is posted as north-south and not east-west.
2.  I recommend adding a point at Wesley Church Rd (WesChuRd) due to its direct connection to US 264 and US 258 even with this issue.
3.  Maybe replace the shaping point northeast of the last location with a visible point at Seven Pines Rd (SevPinRd).
4.  I will give you liberty on how to handle the other shaping points.  A couple of them could even just be removed.
