TX: I-30 & TX-360

Looks like we need a graph connection with both of them now.

Some of the new ramps between the two are now open to the public as of March '21.

TX360:
I-30 added. The points on either side appear to still be in use, as either full or partial interchanges. They stay, and just get a minor recentering, even if there'll be another one down the line.

I-30:
Existing Exit 30 is still in service; leaving in place. The new one looks like a TX-style 30A & 30B in one interchange. Going with 30A.

Might be 30B/30C instead if this signage is to be believed: https://goo.gl/maps/wN2LT5E1d6N2pgtSA

Looks like 30A/B/C in "one" interchange, which would still resolve to 30A. (The point location for 30A resolves to the same as 30B/C.)

I assume when this is all said & done that existing exit 30 will be marked closed?

Beats me.  I only found this after taking a look @ I-30 after the other post about I-30.

I'm sure it'll become clear by the time work is all completed.
OK with marking this solved for now, and dealing with anything else as the situation on the ground changes.
