PA: PA 309 Point Error north of Hazleton

The point for CreRd (Crest Rd) should be for Hollywood Blvd as the intersection is actually with the latter.

Also a point at Airport Beltway may be useful as it looks to connect to I-81 via PA 93. (PA 93 does not have a point at its intersection with Airport Beltway either.)
