IL: IL 3 point addition

I was in the St. Louis area recently and noticed that IL 3 is missing a point where the road connects to I-70 Exit 2. The exit is signed for IL 3.

I see the intersection you want added and I can do that. IL 3's route gets complicated between that point and the T interchange by the PSB, but what's there is functional.

Side note: Approaching the new I-55/64/70 interchange, IL 3 (St. Clair Avenue) goes under two railroad bridges dated 1938 and 1946 that still have the B&O and L&N Railroad logos embedded in them.
