We could justify creating a US 35 Spur from southern terminus at I-64 to CR 33.
Why would that be preferable to simply extending US 35 to CR 33?
Because its not US 35 (south of I-64).
There is an 'End US 35' sign assembly along US 35 before the ramps to I-64.
I'd find 'US 35 Spur' comparable to the 'US 36 connector' east of Mt. Vernon.
