 be extended?
 have have G104 proper relocated onto it?
 none of the above, or something?

It seems these roads are only signed (but are signed) on km posts. I'm going to include them anyway.

The new section is indicated with "9990" https://www.dars.si/Interaktivni_zemljevid but is signed with "104" according to Oct 2021 GSV. Extended: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/5390
