State and federal sources agree. A state maintenance begins sign is posted (and an ends sign the other way).

I remember truncating I-35 in the late CHM days. Since the "0" AltLabel was originally at the border, I've moved it southward, keeping it at the terminus, so those using it can keep their clinches.

While in there, added Exit 4B, and...
6. North of Exit 7.

I noticed that the new exits added need to also be added to US 83 to prevent broken concurrencies.
