The M routes in Nantes are signed according to 2021 GSV, and are indicated on OSM. White signs are used instead of blue though.

All systems will be in devel with the next site update.

frapdlm44 - Nantes Métropole Routes Métropolitaines will be in preview with the next site update. More than 50 routes for more than 160 miles.

The M route indication on OSM and GM is not consistent and GSV is often not recent enough (pre-2020), needs to be checked with updated GSV later.

Most of the locations in question are covered by December 2022 GSV now. Most M/D route indications from OSM are still not confirmed. I was likely right on not adding them. M54 (Le Pellerin) still puzzles me since it is only signed at west end (confirmed by Dec 2022 GSV). Dunno where east end is. Nonetheless, I'm done, system is ready for peer-review :)

Rather than confuse the HdF thread with another D system being reviewed before the current one is done, I'm going to make a start reviewing PdL, starting with the M and D routes in Nantes/Loire-Atlantique. I'll get back to Aisne when Oise is activated.

M9, M11, M11Sor, M17, M26, M31, M37, M37A, M39, M39ChS, M39A - fine
M42, M49, M57, M57A, M58, M58Pel, M59, M64, M65, M68, M69, M69ChN - fine

M75 - remove D75 point (or merge with other M75 section and delete D75)

M75Cha, M76, M80, M81, M85, M89, M91, M101, M105 - fine

M107 - M107A -> QuaiEmiCor_W

M115, M119, M137, M149, M178, M178A, M209, M215, M264 - fine

M337 - signed as continuing to the river, as per OSM, so southern end needs changing

M358, M359, M617, M723, M751, M751A, M823, M965 - fine

add M417 (signed from N844 exit 30)

There might be a need to check GMSV to recheck the system. My checks of various routes on OSM that weren't in the browser were mostly just legacy D stuff that hasn't been removed but had no route signage. There were quite a lot of signs for M roads (using white, rather than cyan, backgrounds), but I did find some legacy D roads that hadn't been removed/changed. Other than the three issues listed above, I didn't find anything suggesting that this wasn't mapped properly, but that doesn't mean that you won't.

No worries. I can manage it - anytime in October I think.... (after my current travel) :) I'd love to see HDF completely done because it makes it easier to remember when an update entry is needed. It's challenging when a region is only partially active. But I'm fine as long as we can get HDF done by the end of the year.... :D I'll likely start to deal with the "massive downgrade" in early 2025.

I remember quite well when drafting the system. I had official data for it, please refer to https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/tree/master/hwy_data/FRA-PDL/frapdld
So, I'm likely gone with official data than with signposting....

OK, cool.

Aisne is coming, but not till you are back (I might be able to get it done, but not post it until after Oise is activated, before you get that done - depends how quick you are and how busy my life gets)

My aim is to have HdF and PdL join IdF as active somewhat soon (depends how busy my life is). BFC after that perhaps and then hopefully the various missing Metropole systems will be done so I can do Grand Est, Brittany and CVL before tackling the large regions/places I been nowhere near down south.

Done all but a general GSV check: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7782
