Looks to me like this should be a 1PPI situation. Don't need a point for SelWay, can just make I-90 the end.

Well looking at the new interchange design (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=22904.msg2725848#msg2725848), I think you could argue that this should be a no-build.

Depends on if ID signs 41 to Seltice Way after the construction, IMO.

Yeah, I'm going to hold off on doing anything here until after the interchange is reconstructed.

Also, looking at the Idaho Milepoint Log, it appears that the way it's currently mapped is correct--MP 0 is at the intersection with Seltice Way, not I-90. So, I think that settles it for now. Marking this as solved.

Maybe move it to the "6 Month+ Outlook" board just so this doesn't fall through the cracks to check up on when the interchange is done?

It's been a year, so I decided to check back in on this. Looks like construction on rebuilding this interchange won't be complete until summer 2025, according to the project website: https://itdprojects.org/projects/i90sh41ic/
