1.   A point should be added at Watkins Mill Rd.  (direct connection to I-270)
2.   BriRd should be slightly relocated.

I'm not messing with Beach Drive at this time since it is very possibly on the chopping block, depending on whether NPS decides to ever reopen it to motorized traffic.
