Google is showing the NB off-ramp is now open, but I can't find any news articles to confirm this, beyond the new overpass opening back in Dec '23.

GSV visited the area again in May '25.  Still wasn't open yet.

This PR from NCDOT says that the interchange should be open by the end of the year.

Drove through here Saturday and can confirm it is not open.
