FL: FL388 new alignment at western end

In February, the western end of FL388 was moved to a new alignment. It now follows the Don Johnson Memorial Pkwy to its the intersection with FL79 at West Bay Pkwy. 

The old alignment was downgraded to CR388.  I believe the Wikipedia entry for FL388 has the details.
