LAO AH3 is a bit wonky at the north end. Also, why does it appear as LAO AH3 ((branch)) in showroute?

LAO AH12: Rt13N_S is not actually a split with 13N. It looks like 13N and 13S end at each other.

Should LAO AH15's south end be moved north to the bridge to match what is signed as THA AH15?

AH132 is shown in the 2010 log from Phiafai (Rt18A on AH11) to Phoukeua (west end of VNM AH132).
