NY: NY-400 shaping issue
« on: August 30, 2023, 12:29:11 pm »
Currently, on NY-400, we have it improperly crossing over NY-16, between the exits of 'NY277' & 'US20/78'.  A shaping point needs to be added to NY-400's file between those points to keep the route above and prevent it from crossing over NY-16.

Is this sort of stuff really all that important?

No new point on NY400; instead NY16 ECenRd has been replaced with LeinRd at the 5-point intersection.
• Probably more likely to be used by travelers
• Still within tolerance
• Keeps the route traces from crossing in mapview & graphs.

If the path passes over another path in mapview/graphs when it shouldn't, then I think yes.

This works too.
