ALB: SH8 Vlorë

I was heading to Vlorë on A2 and directly turned onto SH8. SH8 is signed at both roundabout exits just as indicated on OSM. There are no road numbers at the next SH8 roundabout to the north.

So, since OSM is right on this, I guess that OSM is also right on SH8's routing through Vlorë. It seems that I'm currently the only traveler there but guess that philimon might have taken the route indicated on OSM.... nonetheless, I think alt labels are not an issue here

I forgot mentioning that SH8's north end is also not fine. The last SH8 sign is at the junction with SH4 in Levan. I don't know why OSM has it on concurrency to SH4 to Fier. I can just tell that it's all signed as SH4 here. We have SH8 extending onto Ramiz Aranitasi in Fier which is definitely not confirmed by OSM too. GM does SH4 still have on the old alignment which is A2 now. That's also wrong
