TUR: Caddesi (=street)

The Turkish term "Caddesi" means "street". It is usually truncated to "Cd" on Google Maps. OSM does not truncate it.

We do currently have 598 "Cd"s in our wpt files and 24 "Cad"s. Only D595's "BilCad" is a point-in-use.

Should we rename the "Cd" to "Cad", or should we rename the "Cad" to "Cd" @panda80?
I'm in favor of "Cd" since we have much more of them. I can easily rename the "Cad" for you. Just let me know.

What do signs use?

I checked four random location in different parts of the country where GM indicated "Cd.". I found Caddesi twice, Cadde(!) once, and failed to find any sign once.

si404 originally drafted O, E and AH routes in Turkey. panda80 drafted the D routes. The decision is up to them, mainly panda80. I'm just helping panda80 to reduce the backlog.

I think we can rename it to Cd, If I remember well is much more used than Cad. Don't worry about the WP, I can change it in my .list.
