Our D road routing is obviously not up-to-date at Kastamonu. I didn't find any note from the peer-review and guess that signposting must have been changed. GM seems to be right, OSM is outdated.

D030 and D765 are clearly routed via the western bypass: D765 turning left at south end (July 2023 GSV). D765 heading north in the west (June 2020 GSV), Opposite direction confirms D765 via both bypass legs (July 2023 GSV), D765 turning west (July 2023 GSV), D030 turning west (July 2023 GSV),...

D775 should also be extended to junction with D030 since D775 is signed on D030 eastbound (July 2023 GSV).
