DEU-BB: L16/L17 downgrade 2024-05-01 or 2024-12-31

L16 will be downgraded to district administration from L17 west of Flatow to B273 (0.259km + 4.391km).
L17 will be downgraded to district administration from L16 west of Flatow to district boundary with Ostprignitz-Ruppin (4.249km), i.e. east of Kuhhorst. I assume that there will be another announcement for downgrading the L17 remainder up to L173 in the coming months.
