MD: Eastern Shore Issues
« on: November 08, 2023, 10:53:17 pm »
MD322:
US50_N > US50_W
US50_S > US50_E (US50 is signed East/West)

MD835:
Should probably be renamed MD835A; the only two signs I saw for it both say MD835A.

MD322:
US50_N > US50_W
US50_S > US50_E (US50 is signed East/West)

So this is actually correct as is because it's not a concurrency. If there are multiple intersections with the same road (mapped route in the HB or not), directional suffixes are assigned based on the route the waypoint label belongs to, not the intersecting road.

Since MD 322 very much runs north-south, _N and _S it is.

Will change MD 835 to MD 835A. That is... technically correct, certainly, fun that the suffix ended up on the signs. :pan:

MD 835A is the only situation I have seen where the suffix ended up on the sign itself.

Gotcha. My apologies.
