KY: US31EBus Mt. Washington decommissioned
« on: December 23, 2023, 10:11:52 am »
After going through some of the Kentucky route logs, it looks like US31EBus in Mt. Washington was decommissioned as of April 2023. Combing through GMSV images at the junctions with US31E, signs were still there at the northern end in April 2023, but were removed at the southern end by August 2023. Also, signage for KY2706 was removed from the old business route, but are still there at its junction with KY44 in August 2023. Route logs show no change in KY2706, ending at the old business route.

A little disappointing...I liked the strange US31EX signs that used KYs suffix for business routes instead of the banners.

Same, those signs were fun. Deleted (keeping 2706 as-is except for a new endpoint label). Thanks. https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7106
