TX: Just one Loop 335 now

The relocation of Loop 335 is complete. The old loop (Soncy Rd) is signed as FM 2590 now to at least I-40 (I didn't notice any 2590 signs at the northern Loop 335 junction).

At least, we do know FM2590 is signed northward from I-40.
FM2590 going all the way up to TXLp335_N checks out per TxDOT Highway Designations shapefiles (thread for that) and minute order.
While the frontage roads are open, it appears work on this section is still ongoing until spring. Signage may be up by then.
I feel pretty confident proactively labeling intersecting points for FM2590.

At the south end of things, "Coulter St to Soncy is expected to be completed in the summer" and while things still look a bit wibbly-wobbly down there, from what I can tell from OSM & satellite imagery, it looks like an interchange point at Coulter is appropriate. Added. The old curve from Soncy to Hollywood is to be demolished, with the SB alignment already gonzo as of last April.
