IL: IL-6 exit number changes

I-74/474 -> 0
+X03 -> 9 (even though you can't change direction here, since there's a posted exit number, it should be a visible point)

I would make the IL 29 junction "9" and leave that shaping point alone.

I would make the IL 29 junction "9" and leave that shaping point alone.

I only suggested that, because there's a separate intersection between the interchange & IL-29.

Plus, you never know, hell might freeze over and they extend IL-6 to the north. ;)  I'm betting Caterpillar would love that. ;)

I believe that IDOT has started the process of demolishing the IL 6 SB bridge here if I remember correctly.
