On 4 December 2015, the Greek government proposed to renumber the A62 as the A64, the A64 as the A62, and the A642 as the A621. In practice, the renumbering did not take place, because road signs still show old numbering.

GSV 2022 does still show the old numberings. I think we should minimum wait till OSM was updated. Minimum....
