KY: US-31W/KY-61/I-65 graph connection?

Should all 3 routes have a graph connection?  There's a point in US-31W/KY-61's files for the I-65 exit (however, at the single ramp for it), but nothing in I-65.

Add an 'Exit 91C' point in I-65's file, and recenter the point in US-31W/KY-61's files to match?

In regard to US 62 TRUCK (Elizabethtown), is the route still signed anywhere?  I clinched some of it in June 2023 while in the area, and I noted in the Word Document that I did not remember seeing any signs.
