DEU-HE: B7 Calden bypass

The 2nd and last section of the bypass is announced to be opened on July 26th. The latest mauttabelle.de (valid from July 1st) already contains the entire bypass. The through route is removed from the toll table. I guess that L3214 will be extended to the roundabout west of Calden because it's the only logical way to go. We will see.
