WI: WI 77 eastern terminus

It appears WI 77 has been extended east to the Michigan state line. From the junction with U.S. 51, WI 77 is signed eastbound twice. This is a new development since 2018, when WI 77 was only signed westbound. The WisDOT map of Iron County corroborates this, identifying the piece of Silver Street east of U.S. 51 as a state highway.
