The server that hosts TM/METAL is currently being utilized much more heavily than usual by students in my Parallel Processing class. At times, students will be running large parallel jobs, occupying all cores. I would not be surprised if there are noticeable slowdowns in page load times and especially for those running datacheck processes. Things should settle down for a little while after Friday. There will be more periods of heavy usage coming up through early December.
